THE COMPANY
CG Construction has been operating within the Front Range of Colorado since 1978. The Company was acquired in 2005 by Patricia Cooper. Patricia is assisted by the long term experience and senior management team of Rick Yakish, President; Dennis Howard, Chief Estimator; Will Hadden, Construction Manager; and Hugh Courtenay, VP Finance.

SERVICES
CG Construction, Inc. is a full service commercial contractor providing services throughout Colorado. Our experience and expertise is in preconstruction, value engineering, early budgeting, schedule optimization, long lead-time procurement, general contracting, construction management and design assist construction. We have the required team of engineers, architects, electrical, mechanical and plumbing designers to meet our clients’ specifications.
SAFETY
Safety is CG’s top priority, and it will not be compromised. Our experience modification rate is 0.82 and our OSHA incidence rating is 0. All employees, subcontractors and clients must compy with the Company’s comprehensive safety program.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Varco Pruden Buildings have awarded CG Construction seven “Hall of Fame” awards for outstanding integration of building systems, products and design. Systems Builders Buildings has awarded CG Construction for recognition of outstanding performance in the pre-engineering building field and CG has twice received their “Building of the year” award.
